The room was dirty, and I had to change my sheets myself due to makeup on the pillow. Customer service was trash, and I faced long waits for towels and wash cloths, making the experience even more frustrating. Additionally, the grill and fire pit were not working, which was very disappointing since I booked this hotel for those amenities.
